Refunds (if applicable)

We do not offer refunds for any orders. The only exception is in case of a product defect.

Damage due to shipping is not covered under this policy.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the returned product as per our discretion.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

You will be responsible for incurring your own shipping costs for returning the said item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are applicable for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your residing location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item to issue a return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service & purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and don’t accept any liability regarding the return shipping coming from your end to us.
